Since 1992, I’ve done thousands of massages, working with people aged 9 to 90 - people in all stages of life and wellness. I’ve attended births and also provided massage to people in hospice. I work with great respect and deep compassion for each individual, using my educational and experiential background to create a unique massage experience.

My customized massage combines Deep Tissue, Sports and Swedish - it can be deep but not painful. I work to the comfort level of each client. My work helps loosen hips, shoulders and neck - many clients come to me as part of a maintenance plan to reduce tension for a more freely moving body.
